Description
Sam Van Der Duin, 40, wants to change his life. He’s spent 20 years focused on his career and then two years ago he became a widower. Since then he’s been hiding his sadness by burying himself in more work and raising his two children. When the company he works for is taken over by a competitor he has a choice to spend another 20 years living the ruthless rat race or leave the company with a golden handshake. Sam sees the chance to make his dreams of running a bed and breakfast in the middle of the countryside come true. Sam moves his family from the city of Amsterdam to a detached farm on an island called Texel.
