Cook Academy is the academy of Antonino Cannavacciuolo. Its purpose is to find the future stars of Italian cuisine.
Ten young cooks, aged 18-23, will take up a vocational training towards a coveted prize: becoming part of the kitchen brigade of Villa Crespi.
