Description

Ten promising young chefs, aged 18 to 23, will undertake the most challenging training course for a chance to become a member of Cannavacciuolo’s brigade at his restaurant Villa Crespi. 

Across the series, the students have to prove their cooking skills to gain access to Cannavacciuolo’s Michelin-starred kitchen, but they also have to show the qualities that a great chef needs to have: leadership, resistance to stress, ability to manage their resources, knack for business, creativity and the ability to work in a group. 

This is the perfect talent-vehicle for a renowned chef looking to teach their secrets to the new generation, as the students face classes, exams and practical tests, at the end of which only one of them will have the chance to jumpstart their careers in Cannavacciuolo’s restaurant.
