This engaging series follows the touching stories of unwanted, mistreated and abandoned animals cared for at RSPCA Centres around Britain and the attempts to find them new homes.
Follow the working lives of centre staff and of the RSPCA inspectors on the road as they are called out to rescue animals in distress. There are also stories from a wildlife hospital in the West Country where rescued wild animals – from foxes and otters to hedgehogs and birds – are rescued, nursed and returned to the wild. Each episode includes an appeal to find a new home and loving owners for a rescued pet.
