Brick fans of all ages compete against each other in pairs, building ambitious LEGO creations. The winning team goes home with the title, a substantial prize, and the LEGO MASTERS NZ trophy.
Hosted by New Zealand comedian Dai Henwood and Produced by Screentime New Zealand, across 9 episodes LEGO MASTERS NZ challenges New Zealand's most avid LEGO fans to build eye-catching creations with the famous toy bricks.
The six competing pairs have their design, originality and construction skills put to the test in a battle to be crowned the country’s most talented LEGO builders. From constructing fantastic tourist destinations in miniature scale, large monochrome sculptures for a national gallery, or fabulous objects suspended in space, each challenge showcases creative and technical abilities, along with storytelling skills and is judged by Canadian Robin Sather, The Brickmaster.
In each programme, the teams who impress the Brickmaster most progress to the next round until the final, where just one pair is crowned winner and gains the title LEGO MASTERS.
