Rick wants to meet them all, to share in their joy and passion for today’s British foodie scene, and discover the belief by some that food can bring people together and even heal during difficult times, but as he travels the highways and byways Rick is searching the answer to one big question: What are we all putting on our plates today, what is modern British cuisine, what are we all eating?
