Description

Astonishing cultures, eye-watering immersions, far-out spectacles: Bruce Parry is returning to the tribe.

Explorer Bruce Parry has spent more time amongst different tribal groups than almost anyone else alive. His charisma, humility and enthusiasm introduced a new generation to anthropology. Through him, we witnessed a way of life few of us thought still existed.

Profoundly affected by the relationships he made with tribal societies, Bruce then spent a decade away from television and attempted to adopt some of the teachings of those he had met.

In the intervening period rapid change has come to both the natural world and indigenous communities, yet a staggering 80% of the world’s remaining biodiversity lies within tribal lands. Indigenous peoples are the guardians of the world’s remaining natural wonders.

Now, tribes around the world are inviting Bruce to come and live with them. They want to show him the wonder of their lives and the unique relationship they have with the places they call home.

Older and wiser, Bruce has lost none of his charm and willingness. He will put both his body and mind on the line once again as he endures extreme physical immersions and mind-altering torment whilst living amongst some of the most extraordinary communities on earth.
