The Driving Test is a fun and uplifting show that follows the journey from learner to driver. For most young drivers getting their licence is one of the biggest days of their life – it means freedom, independence and acceptance from their peers.
For the first time in Australia cameras have been allowed to follow an actual driving test, as instructor cars are rigged so that we can follow all the action of two local driving schools as they perform the official test. Full of strong and colourful characters, viewers join both the student and the instructors in the front seat of the car to find out if they pass or fail.
