Lucky Letters challenges three contestants to find out a secret word by answering questions and building up a set of letters as their clues. The centerpiece of the show is a high-tech computerized game board that keeps the score of each contestant as they progress through the game. The amount of money they win depends on how well they answer the questions. In the mind-boggling final, the contestant who won the first two rounds plays for the big money. With just 60 seconds to correctly answer eight tough questions, the contestant has to get as many of them right in order to reveal the letters and guess the secret word. Only then can he or she take home the money. At regular intervals several interactive games are played. For each one a home viewer is put into direct contact with the host via phone. Answer correctly and the prize is yours.
