In each episode, we visit a company struggling with dysfunction in the workplace. The company has personnel issues that are affecting business and we’re going to test to see if the employees may know the answers on how to fix the problem better than their boss.
Over the next several days, the boss hands over the reins of the company to his employees putting the power on them to resolve the company's issues.
The employees are provided with all information need to help them come to their solutions - from knowing what everyone thinks of each other, to knowing everyone’s salary and other highly sensitive information.
In the end, the employees are faced with some very difficult decisions, like: who should be promoted or demoted?, who deserves a pay cut?, and the most difficult decision of all – in order to save the company, Does Someone Have To Go?
