Description
100 Days is not only a TV format, it is an experiment that starts 100 days prior to the show. See what happens when two families, each with three members, invest 100 days that will change their lives.
Each individual family member must face up to the challenge. For each challenge, there is a different amount of time to train: 25, 50 or 100 days in which they dedicate their lives to train either in a mental or a physical task – e.g. trapeze flying, learning a musical instrument or a complex memorization task. Documented VTs follow the highs and lows as the families prepare for each challenge.
After 100 days of training the families meet for the big showdown in the studio where the individual opponents of each family has to prove what they have learned in a head to head duel. Only one family is guaranteed to walk away with a cash prize.
