Dance Away is a competition show that sees five celebrities travel around the world learning traditional dances from 10 different countries
On any given episode, two celebrities are featured travelling to the same destination where they immerse themselves in the culture of the region while mastering an iconic dance style, ranging from waltz and samba to tango and flamenco.
Accompanying the celebrities is a choreographer who acts as a mentor while they search the local scene for the perfect professional dance partners to teach them the ropes. The two pairs then perform in a dance-off before a breathtaking backdrop.
In the final episode of the season, after the cast have travelled to various locations such as Havana, Buenos Aries, Rio De Janeiro, Mumbai and Vienna, they return to their home town for the grand final where they will perform their two best dance pieces before a massive audience in the hope of winning the grand title.
