Description
Murder Call is a series of strongly-plotted one-hour murder mysteries in which the central characters are a young female homicide detective, Tessa Vance, and her partner Steve Hayden.
Tessa is hyperactive, tense, emotional, volatile, a workaholic, a lateral thinker. Steve is in many ways her complete opposite - a laconic, casual-seeming, logical and very masculine man with a dry wit, a strong practical streak and a country background.
With a young high-tech '90's feel and just a touch of 40's retro charm, 'Murder Call' follows a classic clue - puzzle plot, combining mystery, action and suspense, spiked with humour, romance and a touch of the bizarre.
